I have invented a new fitness class that I think I am going to recommend to my gym. You take a set of 1-year-old twins who have recently learned to walk to a big, open area and you chase them and try to keep them from falling down, running into things, picking up things they shouldn’t touch and falling off of things. It’s an incredible workout. Good cardio, works your abs and core and especially your booty from all the squatting and sudden leaping. I think this class could be a hit. Especially since 1-year-old twins are so darn cute.
I think it’s going to be the next huge thing in the fitness world. Who needs Katami 4×4 or SoulCycle when you have these two?
