So, I’ve been a bit AWOL lately. It’s called Summer. It’s called my offspring have been home and the long, quiet days of working from home have been filled with running someone here or there and just trying to enjoy the chaos of it all. Not that I haven’t been working – I just haven’t been blogging. Wednesday is the first day of school here in the county for public schools, and also the day we move our oldest back to campus as well, so the rhythm of the school year will be humming once again soon. And I’ll run out of excuses to not blog. Maybe.
This first session I’m sharing is of a UK senior, finishing up her last year of studies before rocketing out into the world. She is sweet, lovely young woman and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to meet her and work with her. It was hot and muggy and buggy and all the things that summer in Kentucky are, but she was a trooper. Many wishes for success and love and gratitude in your future, my dear girl. I have no doubt you will persevere in life in the best of ways.
