This session almost didn’t happen. Friday night I received a call from the ER from two worried parents, telling me that this little guy had a fever of 104 and wasn’t feel so well. We decided to postpone the session until he could get better, but his grandparents had all flown in from different parts of the country and were leaving Monday, so he needed to get better asap! Thank goodness for the resilience of childhood. By Sunday evening he was back to himself, and we managed to pull off an impromptu sesssion before the grandparents had to go home. Phew! That will make for a memorable second birthday.
